Their solution was to bring my kid in to urgent care. Waste of money.
Warning to fellow parents!! This place is a scam!
I paid $40 to use Summer Health’s urgent care SMS service, which claims to offer fast response times. I was seeking help for my son and never heard back from anyone until the next day. By then, I had already turned to another urgent care service for help.
I reached out to Summer Health requesting a refund and never received a response. When I checked my portal, I noticed that the doctor assigned to my son’s case actually wrote “fraud” in the medical summary section—where a diagnosis is normally placed. That’s beyond unprofessional and ironic, considering they’re the ones committing the fraud here.
They’ve refused to refund my $40 and claim the only way to contact them about the issue is to pay another $40 to start a new session.
Please don’t waste your time or money. You’re better off going to a local urgent care office or finding a reputable Telehealth service with verified reviews. Parents deserve better.

Awful bedside manner
I never review anything but since this comes to my child’s health, I will. The bedside manner of these doctors are questionable, and how they speak to you. I felt blamed over a medication not working for my son, by them saying “it should’ve worked. I would use it again”. I’m quoting them. It felt weird and not right. Some medicine doesn’t work for some People, kids included, and sometimes it can make them worse. Don’t question that.

Just see your pediatrician
I usually don’t review things but I feel it’s needed.
The idea is great but the pediatricians they have that I’ve talked to don’t actually help figure out what’s going on. “Just a virus” I described the issue in full detail poor baby was having a bad ear infection and they ignore the fact of if kiddo is in discomfort and have a fever and give odd measurements for Tylenol “a small spoonful should do”. Had a rash that was going on a long while “switch detergent”(for the 5th time) seen his pediatrician and it was not the laundry detergent it was yeast.
The lactation consultants are great but the rest not so much.
Don’t spend money on here please just talk to your own pediatrician otherwise you’ll have to be your own doctor. Kiddos deserve better than this.
