Rewards not redeemable
Tried to redeem reward and can’t make it happen or staffs not able to figure it out either
Reward Points Missing
I don't seem to be getting my "dragonflies" rewards for purchases on the app. It seems to be stuck at 5 while the points on the Toast app are at 14 (specifically for Summerfield). This is frustrating and doesn't seem fair. I even give my phone # when I go to the drive thru. Also, I had my card linked a long time ago, but I saw today that it wasn't linked and had to re-enter it again. What is happening?
