The WORST APP DEVELOPERS EVER!
This app is terrible!
It doesn’t display any of the class schedule at the Summit YMCA facilities. I am unable (if it does) to book any classes on it or to cancel any classes on it. So basically this app is PREVENTING me from taking classes at the YMCA. I am seriously considering canceling my membership because this terrible app has not worked in more than a month. No one seems to be fixing it because it has not changed one bit. There hasn’t been one improvement change nothing and the staff at the YMCA keep telling me “oh we’ve contacted the developer and they’re fixing it”. After more than three weeks, I begin to doubt that’s happening. Now I am slowly losing all the progress I’ve made through attending 2 to 3 classes a day at the Y ! I haven’t been attending any classes in the last week since you can no longer use the class schedule on this app. Printing paper schedules would be an improvement! Then we could use a working piece of technology like the telephone and call the people who are logged into their computers at the Y and they could book the classes for us. (Wow isn’t modern technology so efficient). It’s been several weeks. How about fixing it?

Can’t Reserve a Class?
The app doesn’t seem to work on iOS. When I drill down to the location class and time, a “reserve now” button does not appear?
If I use the Web interface on my laptop, it does appear and I can book the class.
