I used to love this tracker
The app kicked me out and now i can’t log in i really wished they would fix it
Not great
I was never able to log in. Verification email never came but I got forgot password emails just fine. Then it would tell me my information was wrong. I wouldn’t wast your time with this app
Lost all data
I have used this app for years! Four days ago, I went to enter my end of day data like I do every day that I work, and everything was gone! I tried logging out to log back in, and it tells me that I have never been a user. I have emailed support two times and never gotten a response back. Extremely angry about this and the lack of response.

Great idea but lacking
Summit is not inclusive when it comes to representation of spa service providers. The tracker only shows cosmetologist services where you can enter totals in for. Could be a nice and easy fix I’m sure. Just frustrated that summit pushes this team beauty industry but only focuses on the hair side of things. It’s very frustrating to feel so insignificant in the program and then the resources we are told to use just reinforce it.

Stopped loading
Was working great. Now I can’t see any totals and it won’t load at all. I tried to delete and sigh in again but now I can’t get past that page either. I forgot my password and when I input my email it just loads forever and then stops. Really awesome to lose all that info. Can’t even find where to get support for this app either.

Wish it was more like the social digital planner
The paper version of this book is much better planning and keeping track of numbers, it also has many more features that I find very beneficial. I just find having an app is easier since we are all already attached at the hip to our phones
So far so good!
This is only my first day using the app and I love it! I’m just scared from reading other reviews that soon it will crash or cancel my account - we’ll see! I love how easy it is to use 👌🏼
Update
I would really like for them to update it so it’s not just for stylist but it’s more for their social digital planner for those of us who are dual license it makes more sense to have my core services high-end and add on numbers up in there
App has bugs that won’t let me input my numbers

Disappointed
Loved using the app for the few days it allowed me to. Started using the app on a Tuesday by Saturday it wouldn’t let me log in, and when I went to forget password it said “user does not exist” when I know for a fact I just signed up and even got a verification email saying welcome to the summit app. I would love to continue to use and will try to re sign up but I don’t have the time to have to constantly re enter my totals, if this continues.

Won't let me login
Won't let me login without verifying my email address first, but I never get a verification email. I've checked my junk mail and I've contacted the company like the app says to do. Very frustrating.
Won’t let me sign up
Won’t let me sign up. Tells me to check my details and to try again later. This is my 5th attempt this week.. I’ve deleted the app and re downloaded and still won’t let me sign up.

Horrible will not send password if you have forgotten it.

The app has been great, i have been using it for about 1 year. The new update has a problem, I'm hoping they fix it soon so i can continue tracking.
App crashing
Since the latest update the app keeps crashing. What is going on?

I just downloaded the Summit Salon app just last week, so far it has worked fine. I noticed it was updated the other day, and now when ever I open the app up, and try to put info in it crashes as soon as I start. Please fix this!! It was fine before.
Don't update
I've been using this app since it first came out to track totals for my business and I have loved it! Today, after my update, it no longer works:(. The app opens then force closes the second I try to put my data in. Hoping for a new update soon to fix the problem I'm lost without my tracking!!

It just needs an offerings tracker! But overall, I Absolutely love it. Love how visual it is with the graphs etc. Makes tracking so much easier and I love not having to actually calculate anything.
