They are scammers with no office to visit, this is 1 year and 6months now am unable to withdraw my funds worth over #2million.
They kept posting me from one month to another month saying they are upgrading from been a micro finance to a bank.
Now they refuse to pick calls nor respond to their text, WhatsApp and email messages.
All those who are affected should come to a WhatsApp group so we can sue them

SumoTrust please respond, it is over up to a month, you kept saying you’ve got issues with upgrading some your software, why this long? Ending of the year for that reasons, you know yourself what a savings is meant for, a lot of needs that your customers won’t be able to meet, going offline on all platform is the most annoying part, you people are just so crazy, God will punish you for this I know it well, all of una wey Dey work under sumo get family, if you live to see this next year, you will never see the coming one either way, cause I have to repeat my last year at school cause you were not letting me withdraw for my school fees and giving me false hopes that you are still going to come thru when I was able to reach you, you never deserve anything good in life, just sorrow and sadness, that’s all I wish you

SumoTrust won’t come online since yesterday, I can’t even withdraw my savings, I’ve been trying to cope with them cause most times I get issue with my acc, maybe I withdraw and the money is on hold, before their customer care gets thru it takes a lot of time, now the case is you can’t even reach them, they aren’t picking up calls, the withdrawal won’t go thru and I’ve my school fees in their savings bank, maybe I’ve to repeat my final year again😭
