In my opinion I have founded that my Sumup account has been precise, functional, easy and affordable. My art does not require a daily sales output and effort because I don’t operate that way. I can produce invoices when needed. I am not technically smart. But I can manage Sumup!

Don’t use your money will get locked
Support is very poor
3 months in to verification process, as change of director, endless issues, support have no clue what they are going or advising

SumUp is worst account and card payment service I ever use it will just hold your account and then you will not be able to connect with any support and support are unhelpful
So convenient up and running in 5mins!
Have used this with the school fairs in the past. This time my kids wanted to do a lemonade stand which is of course ruined by a cashless society. That is of course until you have sumup they made a killing, 90% of which on card

Dreadful since the update on the 18th July
Since the update on Saturday this App has lost about £100 of my money I have tried to ring some up and you are simply met with an AI thing that just cuts you off. I am now on a chat and I am going round in circles trying to get this sorted out. I cannot see anything on my app before the 19th of July. I am furious.

They refused to give my funds money come company I work and faster payment delaying for days everything work before in and out transfer now nightmare if you want fast service not this bank

Suddenly they have requested we authenticate ourselves, which we did , it says a few days and you will get an email . After 2 weeks no email and still the message. How are you expected to operate with a service like this . On line chat was a waste of time also . Used to be good but no longer

Trying to be a bank, I’m moving to Revolut
Used to be great reliable service. Takes their fees then money is in the account the next day at 7AM. Now they are trying to be a bank and I have to transfer my money from the settlement account to my ‘SumUp business account’ then transfer to my actual business account where all my direct debits and regular payments are. Never going to be moving all of these over so will be getting a card machine from revolut and using them instead.
