worst app EVER
You would think with all the money they steal from you from tuition, parking, and excessive fees, that they could hire someone to code this app properly. The user interface when it comes to student tickets is far from friendly. It’s overall cluttered. And the tutorials they have posted online to aid in using the app, don’t even work. I have followed them directly and have been unable to get my student tickets because the button I have to press next ✨simply isn’t there ✨. I would never use this app if ASU didn’t require it to get your tickets.

Horrific App
It is such a great idea but the app constantly does not work and kicks you out of your account so often it would be easier not to attend events at ASU. If i didn’t have to use this app, I would never use it.

All the time when I try to log in. Guess what? It’s an expected error by this time.
Student tickets impossible to find
ASU guide does not favors in trying to claim student tickets, and neither does the app. Sure is good at sending you to Ticketmaster to buy them though 👎
Worst UI I have ever seen
Why have a separate app if it is going to make you open Ticketmaster in a separate browser? So confusing and not user friendly at all. Not to mention the fact that it doesn’t even work half the time…
Never works correctly and is very buggy
It makes you go to the Ticketmaster website to redeem student tickets which makes you log in multiple times and has never worked for me. It is easier just to go on MyASU for student tickets under the student services tab.

This app is really struggling. Won’t even open. Just hoping to look at the upcoming fall schedule for Hockey.
Often doesn’t work
Always download my tickets to my wallet. The game day app often doesn’t work. Know the website at Ticketmaster to use to access your tix or you may encounter issues. The app is a hot mess. Great when it works but often doesn’t. Haven’t had it not work at game time when I needed the tix… usually download them an hour or so before we get there.

Unusable
Can't get the app to stay open. It tries but crashes right after the splash screen. I have tickets to games coming up and I can't access anything.
Crashes
I can't even get past the “what sports would you like to get tickets for” page. It just crashes and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Overall the app wasn't designed well as I've seen this being an issue for over a year without it getting fixed.
This is the best we got?
How in 2024 as the sports seasons are back in full swing that this is the app we have to show tickets, and view info. There should not be a week between this update and a hot fix to come out. Kinda dog water.

App crashes on launch - unusable
As others have pointed out, the app flat out doesn’t work. Tried uninstalling and installing multiple times. It will let you “get started” then crashes and any subsequent attempts to launch immediately crashes, rinse and repeat.
