Saddle Lake AB 2026 Sun Seeker User’s Review
This app is well designed for home users like myself. I don’t have a solar panel setup yet. But, I’m betting it’s those users who most benefit from this Sun Seeker app for calculating amount sunlight to help with determining the energy that can be harnessed and sold back to the grid. Great for them - for now I use it for its accuracy in letting me know how much daylight hours there are for my residence and location. Especially with AB no longer using the daylight savings process - I’d like to see how many daylight/sunlight hours there will actually be around the winter solstice/equinox month.
I’ll be looking at my Sun Seeker app at that time and it will give me accurate information that I can trust and use.
Thanks Sun Seeker …

This is one of the oldest and most used apps on my phone. For photography and for help setting up camp (knowing where the sun will be) while backpacking. Love this app.
Klasse App
Für Foto- und Filmprofis unverzichtbar!
Perfect Sun Path App
This is my favorite app. Simple to navigate. Excellent accuracy. Very informative. I use it mostly for tracking the altitude of the sun for site planning. Also use it for day to day tracking as well. The interactive solar sun path is intuitive and easy to use.
Super appli pour les conceptions de bâtiments performants
Beaucoup d'options et belle précision . Une grande réactivité de la réalité augmentée en 3D . Des développeurs à l'écoute des suggestions . Bravo et merci.
Best sun app
Love this app, use it all the time to look at shade impact.
Meh
It’s not that the app is bad. It’s just that the info is already available in so many places for free. It does nothing special… how did it get rated so high. I bought and will uninstall
Best sun tracking app
I use it for everything, especially useful for apartment hunting
A must-have for house buyers
To check where the sun will be at different times of the day and year. Ditto if you’re planning on having solar panels installed.
Best
Does its job perfectly.
Perfect
Sun Seeker is the perfect tool for planning my exterior shots.
Not that intuitive
Wish it was easier to switch locations. Want to ask, where will sun be at sunset, based on location.
Chateau du Saint Marie du Mont
The Sun Seeker allowed me to confirm that on the shortest day of the year that the rising sun shines perpendicularly through the Chateau casting a shadow into the village. Amazing - DC
Fantastic App
Bought this app a couple of years ago to help us plan our solar installation. It’s me of the best apps I’ve ever used, period. If you want an accurate way to plan PV layout; this is worth every penny.
Excellent
I’m an architect been using this app for many years. I was fantastic to be able to go onto a site and know exactly where the sun will be at any time of the year valuable app highly recommended.
Opsolet
I bought the app to track the Sun during today’s eclipse. The app is astonishingly outdated, displaying data from 2021, and it fails spectacularly at locating the Sun. In its current state, this app should be removed from the Apple App Store.
Sunseeker
The only Sun app you need as a cinematographer
