This app is very inaccurate as far as timing goes
No longer works
I cannot see any information about stops, buses or even see route’s information. I used this app many times in the past and worked perfectly. Tested in two different phones and it’s the same behavior

App doesn’t show me any bus stops it says “no nearby stops found” been this way for a couple months now

Worked great for a bit for bus tracking but is now suddenly offline and completely useless…

This app never works properly I have lost jobs, missed court dates and have missed out on so many opportunities because this app wasn’t working properly let alone the busses never run on time. Do. It trust this app get a real bus schedule this thing is always wrong if it even works

Constantly always having issues with logging into my account. I’ve had this issue over many years and it’s still the same no matter how many times I get it resolved.

If you live in Tucson fine because you know some of the routes but fix your app always showing stop not found is aggravating when I have over three lined up in a row here
EVERY month doesn’t work for days
Every single month for 3-5 days the real time gps tracker of bus and wait times just gives the spin wheel of death. Their city budget almost doubled in one year and they still can’t provide an app that doesn’t go down every month. Reminds me of a local credit union I used that was down for maintenance once a month on Friday’s of all days. It’s like WTH? I wonder if city council runs their IT dept. probably - just like they run the city. Ha!! I submitted my review at 6am, before my review it was at 1 star, I gave it 1 star then all of the sudden it’s showing they have a 2 star rating overall all the sudden. Come ahhhhhnn.

Ugh this app is so slow, the bus is my only form of transportation, and it’s so hard to find out when the bus is coming when the app doesn’t even load.

Your app has been not working for the past 2 weeks. 61 & 10 don’t come on time with some nw stops.
Unreliable
App shows where a bus is on its route. But most of the time it’s off. I been trying for a week, the next stop near you loads for too long and says no stops near you when I live near 2 bus routes. Before a week ago it worked, now something wrong, no updates needed either

Trip Planner nonfunctional
Trip planner cannot find location when trying to plan a route. As a blind person I am dependent on the bus system and the plan a route functionality. This issue has been going on for quite some time. Are there not developers working on this? If money is the issue then start charging for the bus again or offer a subscription service for your app. Just do something.

App used to work well enough for me, now the gps can’t even find laos transit on the map. Sad
Use maps app instead
When trying to find out when a bus is scheduled at a particular stop one can look up a location which is provided by the app, but then when trying to actually get the bus info for that location the app says the location can’t be found. One part of the app can find the location but it cannot pass the information to the part of the app that needs it.
It’s a useless app. Better to use the maps app that came with your phone for transit info because this one is not going to help you at all.
