Not working at all on iPad now - always a white screen, which also happens a lot on the iPhone.
The app has never been great…the best that can be said for it is that it is a tiny bit better for cancelling standing rides, particularly in advance, and being able to check the existence of scheduled rides. The GPS tracker is virtually non-existent, unlike trackers on taxi and other shared-ride services. The estimated time to arrival is the same - (like the app saying 15 minutes til arrival, and it is pulling up at the pick up location, while other times, it will say “arriving momentarily” for 10 - 20 minutes. And this morning, when checking to be sure I had cancelled my standing ride - on every device, “error”, with instructions to call if this continues.

App has bugs, but isn’t *as* bad as some people claim
The app in its current state is buggy. Sometimes it throws a white screen when it launches, sometimes it can’t connect to the server, and sure, the scheduling part is just broken.
However, the ability to view your upcoming rides live is rock-solid. Barring a few exceptions when it hasn’t worked due to a server-side issue, it hasn’t let me down.
The bugs dock 2 stars from this review. If those are fixed, and scheduling gets improved, I could easily rate this 4.5 stars. I hope the IT people see this and respond, because I poured my soul into this review.

Glitches after glitches
App won’t load at onset, will have to restart usually around three times before I can log in. Fix your app Sun Van!!
Never works properly
I have been using this app for around 3 months and only worked well for a few days . After that, it never has worked properly neither shows the "live trips" neither allows to book trips . 1 out of 10!
Don’t bother just call dispatch.
This app works worse than a broken watch.
Wasn't Even Able to Book my FirstTrip
Everything was working fine until I tried selecting the time at which I'd like to be dropped off. I was able to choose my trip's date, but when I tried activating the pop-up for dropoff time, it absolutely refused to be accessed. I tried using an external keyboard,notusing an external keyboard, double tapping, double tapping and holding, using screen recognition, restarting the app--nothing worked. This is a real shame, because it had the potential for making trip management a truly independent affair. A pity the developers don't care a wit for this project.

Not a very good app
Booking a trip is about 10% successful and all it does it tells me to call customer service to book. What’s the point of this app then?
