Sun exposure feature not working
Good app, I pay for the pro version. Good new feature with Sun Exposure tracking.
One bug:
The Finish button is not working from the lock screen very reliably. It oftentimes does nothing for me. I have to click around the button on the sunbeam stats so that it opens the app, then press the Finish button in the app.
One suggestion:
The biggest challenge I’m having with logging sun exposure is remembering to turn it off when I come back in. Perhaps there could be an option to turn on a slight sound like a chirp to remind that it is still running, and/or a way to edit an entry that ran too long by dialing back the minutes and the app estimating the IUs back accordingly.

Love this app
I’ve been using this app for years and it had never let me down. As an esthetician I love that it’s custom for your Fitzpatrick, and will allow you to set timers based off what spf if any you are wearing! Bonus points for the vitamin D timer!
Just Why?
I forgot to clock the exact time in the sun so I put “start session” an hour into it and was going to adjust the time and their is NO option to do so. Why?

Prefer to other UV apps
Was using a different UV index app recommended by a doctor/dermatologist, but I actually think this one is a lot better.

Sun exposure feature not working
Good app, I pay for the pro version. Good new feature with Sun Exposure tracking, but it doesn’t work. Each day, the first entry calculates IUs, but subsequent tracking that day always comes out as 0 IU.

Always tells me accurate uv, easy to find, tell me uv per hour and connects to ur loco

The Sunbeam app is a great concept, and I use it regularly. It is simple and easy to use, no ads, and is very well designed for purpose. Highly recommended!

This app helps me keep track when it’s safe for me to be in the sun before the UV rays are too high. I had skin cancer last year so this is really important for me. Happy with the ease of using it as well.

Keep the widget on my Home Screen all day. Great info and helps me plan my sunscreen and hats daily. Definitely recommend this one.

Great UV indicator
We live at an elevation of 9500’ in northern NM. In the summer at that elevation, the UVs are off the chart 😳. This app really helps us to plan our day to avoid excessive rays!!😎

Great app for assessing sunburn risk and daylight hours. Also good for evaluating sunlight energy available to plants.
