This app helps me keep track when it’s safe for me to be in the sun before the UV rays are too high. I had skin cancer last year so this is really important for me. Happy with the ease of using it as well.

Keep the widget on my Home Screen all day. Great info and helps me plan my sunscreen and hats daily. Definitely recommend this one.

Great UV indicator
We live at an elevation of 9500’ in northern NM. In the summer at that elevation, the UVs are off the chart 😳. This app really helps us to plan our day to avoid excessive rays!!😎

Great app for assessing sunburn risk and daylight hours. Also good for evaluating sunlight energy available to plants.
Perfection
The best part of this app, is the widget that gives a really clear view of UV, temp, weather conditions. I also really like the estimation for Vitamin D generation - I use this to decide whether to take a Vitamin D supplement with my evening meal

Diese App ist was die Darstellung angeht, gut und übersichtlich.
Die Aussagen zu den verschiedenen Hauttypen, hier welche auch Trockene, Fettige oder Rissige Haut, den auch das beeinflusst die UV-Strahlung vom Hauttyp. Die Haut ist ein Komplexes System welche viele Funktionen hat und diese unser größtes Organ ist. Die App bietet einige Funktionen welche gut Dargestellt sind so auch Grafisch gut zu erkennen sind.
Doch auch hier sind
die Kosten welche für das Monat, für das Jahr eben sehr unübersichtlich dargestellt ist, hier würde ich mir wünschen das die Kosten bereits beim öffnen dargestellt werden könnten um so besser zu sehen und nicht erst nach manchen suchen, den die gibt es. Hier wäre schon vor der Installation ein Hinweis schon möglich, das heißt auch vor der Installation und hier kann man Entscheiden ob man Woche, Monat‘s, ein Jahres oder Lebenslanger Beitrag, das kann man bereits bei der Installation Auswählen!!!.
Bin auf das nächste Update gespannt.

A really useful UV tracker that does one thing and does it well.
Sunbeam exists to track and monitor UV exposure, either to avoid risk of sunburn, or to ensure sunlight and/or vitamin D.
It does those things really well, hooking into Apple’s weather systems to track UV levels, and personalising the exposure times for your skin tone, what you’re wearing etc.
It doesn’t have stupid “AI” features. It’s a simple, delightful app that I’m really glad to have access to.
It also hooks into the Apple Watch’s daylight tracker, but I recommend using the “session” tracking system if you’re explicitly sitting outside, as it’s more accurate and customisable.

i love this app but lately the UV widget has not been working on my lock screen. it’s really annoying and i’m considering deleting
