It's Sunday morning. I can't read the Sunday Times. It's not available on the app. I'm cancelling my subscription

As more and more friends and colleagues fight with this app, the inclination to use it diminishes.
No one will bother to buy the hard copy and the long lasting, August publication will sadly shut its doors.

Badly designed , difficult to navigate …I subscribe yet I have to reload it every week …Please get some professional help from a serious web company .
How Pathetic can one be
After struggling to subscribe and decided to read the reviews. I am shocked to see that after so many months non of the Sunday Times staff OR management addressing this. DO YOU HAVE NO PRIDE IN YOUR WORK!

Mayb I don’t like its politics but it remains No.1 Sunday paper. App is well put together n works fine.
App Fail
Doesn’t download e-edition. Numerous complaints about that on here. Support office keeps advising that you login again and again and again and are unable to resolve the issue. Cancelling subscription I took out two weeks ago.

This app does not tilt horizontally to allow readers to view and read on the wider horizontal screen view.
The audible reader does not read m as millions, Rs as Rands. This is irritating.

A rip off
After all the expense in marketing BL they allow this app to destroy it. After sending an email enquiry for support didn’t receive a reply. A terrible waste of time and money. Not worth even one star

Poor and waste of time
Trying to log on gives ‘service error’ every time. Contacted helpline but they tell me I’m in incognito mode - ??? On an App
