The Sundaymood app is the fastest way to book a session and see live availability. In the app you can book 75 minute private sauna and cold plunge sessions, and browse live availability. You can add Plus One or Plus Two to bring guests, reschedule or cancel within our 6 hour policy, and view your session history. Every private room comes with an infrared sauna, cold plunge, rainfall shower, changing area, towels, robes, and cold drinking water. Just bring your swimwear.
