My favorite journaling app by far
I really appreciate how easy this makes it to organize my thoughts and reflect on them. Ever since I’ve downloaded the app I’ve been spotting patterns in my thoughts and catching up on loose threads that I would usually push off and neglect.
Journaling no longer feels like a chore
As someone who’s been trying to journal for years, this app makes journaling much easier and feel more natural. It feels more like talking to someone than filling out another productivity app. Highly recommend if you’ve been struggling to stay consistent with journaling and are looking to make it more efficient.

Easy to use
Weekly calling is such an innovative idea! Much easier to ramble out loud than to type / journal. Nice that you can add to it throughout the week, too
Great app for reflecting!
Best part for me is that it just calls me. I take the call on a walk and talk through my week while I’m moving. Way easier to keep up with than anything I’ve tried. And the insights actually surprised me. Looking back and seeing what I kept bringing up made me notice stuff I’d been glossing over.
Finally, a journal I can stick with
Sundays makes journaling feel simple instead of like another task on my to-do list. The weekly call format is a great idea, and the guided questions help me reflect without having to stare at a blank page. I also love being able to capture thoughts in my own voice and revisit them later to notice recurring themes. It’s thoughtful, easy to use, and a genuinely refreshing approach to building a consistent journaling habit.

finally recording my thoughts without writing
I’ve been in search of a tool in the market that would let me journal in my free time, but haven’t found anything that would take my voice and make it feel natural. I’ve been using Sundays to primarily record my thoughts on the go while walking or driving and the automatic voice calls have been really useful. Would be nice to get more insights and maybe have them emailed or shared more frequently.
