Terrible service
I would be very wary ordering from this app. You have no chance of a refund if something goes wrong. My food from one of their restaurants on the app arrived stone cold & inedible & was binned & I received no refund or response to my refund request. I’d recommend ordering with Just Eat, Uber Eats or Deliveroo just incase anything does happen to go wrong & you want a refund.

No Governance on the Takeaways
The takeaways are allowed to put anything on their menu and there is no way to give feedback on them, especially when what they advertise isn’t what they deliver.

Fantastic app, so easy to use and love that it’s locally owned and don’t rip the takeaways off, so most of the prices are lower! Well done guys!
Apple Pay
Great app but for some reason won’t let me use Apple Pay as it freezes every time I try.
Nice to have an alternative to greedy JustEat
Would much prefer use a local app like Sunderland Eats so will as much as I can. Please add a search bar tool so we can search for dishes and also include food hygiene rating for each restaurant.
