Service Team Unresponsive
Sunobi is a halfway cool software, no more special, and no more different than the next solar software. Not the owner, nor in charge of sourcing which software we do use, but Solo is definitely the move!
Being a newer software, there are issues here and there, but getting help is a crap shoot. The service team is slow to respond and slow to offer resolutions. Not exactly sure how the pricing is structured, but also frustrating to pay a huge adder on every deal submitted, and to get double charged on deals that are resubmitted.
Fancy proposal interface, nice instant designs, but this is no different than aurora or solo, go the basic routes without getting raked by charges that don’t provide the service to sustain it!

Great Sales Enablement Tool
I am rating this 5 stars for the fact that it has saved our sales company from higher than average attrition rates--i misunderestimated the amount of information that is needed to fully retain a customer through 30-90 day sales cylces. The visuals and representaitons of how solar solves the utility problem within the presentation is second to none.

Awesome Functionality, but...
I agree with others, it is really nice and beautiful, but it crashes a lot on my MacBook Air and once in a while on my iPad.
