Totally basic not Pro at all
Money grab
Doesn’t work
Response from developer
Hi, If the app sat there doing nothing, that's a terrible first run — and that's on us, not you wasting money. A couple of things that should make the next try actually go somewhere: Free is 3 tries a day at 720p, to watch. Exporting the finished lyric video (stills + lyrics + audio, karaoke-style) and locking your own character from Photos is Pro. If it used to spin forever instead of saying that, we already made the prompt honest. You can also redo a single shot (a few seconds) instead of regenerating the whole video. If a shot fails, the director has to hear what you want changed before it tries again. Would you give the latest version another try? If it still sits there, write me at hi@evergreenai.cn with what you saw (iPhone or iPad, and whether it spun forever or crashed). I'll look up the account and make it right. Jimmy
Don’t get If you have an iPad
Response from developer
Hi, Opening SunoMV on an iPad and watching it die in your hands is a brutal first impression. You were right to say don't get it. That's on us. 1.8.1 is in App Store review right now — not live yet. It no longer crashes when the iPad starts in landscape or Split View. The intro and sample remix also sit properly on a big screen instead of stretching edge to edge, and the pause / close buttons on the mini player actually sit on the bar. A few other things already in the app, so the next try isn't just "please don't crash": You can redo a single shot (a few seconds) instead of regenerating the whole video. If a shot fails, the director has to hear what you want changed before it tries again. And Pro's "unlimited" is lyric videos — stills, lyrics, and audio, no daily cap. AI pictures and motion still use the monthly credits. Don't bother updating until 1.8.1 actually shows up. If you want a ping the moment it lands, write me at hi@evergreenai.cn with the iPad model and iPadOS version. I'll take it from there. Jimmy
Great Product!!!
Response from developer
Hi, Really glad the first videos came together more easily than the other tools you tried — and that you still had room to steer the look. That's exactly what we want this to feel like. A few things that landed since July, in case you haven't opened the app in a bit: You can redo a single shot (a few seconds) instead of regenerating the whole video. If a shot misses, the director has to hear what you want changed before it tries again. You can lock a character from Photos so the same person stays consistent. And Pro's unlimited is lyric videos (stills + lyrics + audio) — the AI pictures and motion still use the monthly credits. If a song ever fights you, write me at hi@evergreenai.cn. I'll take it from there. Jimmy
