App ist übearbeitungsbedürftig!
Scan von zwei gültigen Ausweisdokumenten nicht möglich. Nach jedem meiner >30 Versuche kommt eine Fehlermeldung. Scheint kein Einzelfall zu sein! Bitte App überarbeiten, da es nicht gerade professionell wirkt und zur Kundenzufriedenheit beiträgt. Die Idee finde ich gut, die Umsetzung leider nicht....

Just doesn’t work
Completely useless. The app doesn’t work as intended: blocks on “hold still” and then returns an error code (yes in 2019) so that you are sure you don’t know what went wrong.
The only app to check ID I have ever encountered that cannot do this simple task.

Beim 3. Anlauf hat es funktionier
Wollte schon fast aufgeben. Ich fände es aus UX Sicht besser wenn man erst Seite 1 Aufnehmen würde und anschliessend eine Bestätigung käme mit dem Hinweis jetzt Seite 2. Aktuell ist der Wechsel nur bei sehr genauem Hinsehen erkennbar.
