It’s fine

This is a fine app for providing sunrise, sunset, and twilight information. However it would need to provide moon phases and moon transit times for me to justify the subscription fee.

If u want to add the widget you cannot edit the place. completely useless and irrelevant to use free. so make sure you have 2€ to give everymonth.

Thanks for the feedback. The free version works with your current location, while changing/searching locations is part of the Pro version along with additional widgets and features. The app is free to download so you can try it before deciding if the extra features are worth it for you.

Great App!

I’m a bit of a space nerd and this fits me exactly. On top of being a space nerd I live in the Seattle area and being that far north we have very short winter days and very long summer days. I love this app to keep up with how long the days will be, sunrise and sunset times. It always gives me hope in the depths of winter and 8 hours between sunrise and sunset that more daylight hours are around the corner. Thanks much.

Paid app, Not Revealed at Top of Page

From what I can see this is a pretty app, looks like it would be quite functional. This is a paid app. It doesn’t say so anywhere until you scroll way down the page. (That maybe Apple being sneaky.) It’s $25 for a lifetime or $10 every year forever. I would’ve considered it, maybe, if it was really good, but now I’m disinclined to even trial it. I need to see what else is out there, all I really wanted was a widget.

Just to clarify, the app is free to download, and several features and widgets are available to use without any in-app purchase. If you’d like to see which widgets require the Pro purchase, these are clearly marked as Pro in the widget selector. Fantastic app

I love this app because it lets you know the perfect times for outside lighting for photography. Even if you aren’t a photographer, it’s great because it helps you know when you lose the light.

Great planner

Great if your planning backcountry travel in the future. You can plan start times and estimate how much daylight you’ll have. Can use it for anywhere. I live in Montana and used it last spring to plan morning start times on the Colorado trail for that summer.

Solar irradiance in W/m2

I LOVE that this app shows the current solar irradiance in W/m2 (which includes the FULL spectrum with UV, visible, and infrared rays, NOT just visible lux or just UV index). It even has a widget for it. This sets the app apart as especially useful, more than other options out there. Upgraded to Pro Lifetime for that reason!

Wonderful and Colorful Update

Have been using this app for years. One of the best of its kind. The current update secures this position. Only thing that remains is to add moon position and phase.
