Collecting rapeseed in the game
Rapeseed is called Canola in the US. I wonder why? In the Crystal Cave part of the game “rapeseed” is collected for its oil. I contacted support and asked why the term Canola wasn’t used instead of the term that has the name for violent sexual assault in its name. I was hoping for some acknowledgment that this name could be offensive to some and in future updates an alternative could be used. Nope. The reply as you can see below basically says: this is the name we use in Europe so we see no need to change it,- while at the same time mentioning olive oil and sunflower oil so they obviously are aware of alternative plants with less offensive names.

Rapeseed oil is actually the common name in English for countries in Europe (where our headquarters are based), due to the plant it comes from. Similar to olive oil and sunflower oil.
We don't have separate versions of language for English and American English, so occasionally you may come across terms that are common in England but less so in the USA.
This has no correlation to the topic of rape; the name is just the most common terminology when it was added.
This wouldn't be a topic that requires any change, however I will discuss with the team to consider.
