Content won’t load
Force close, delete and reinstall app numerous times. Content still won’t load.
Missing prompts
Since I updated my phone the other day (had to in order to fix another issue within the app) the daily prompts are missing.
App is too glitchy
I just joined Sunroom as a Creator and I love everything except for the actual technical app itself. Unfortunately I cannot access my own content as everything is stuck behind the load screen. It’s been like this for days. And on web I can only view my first six posts. As a creator it’s frustrating because people are paying to view my content and I’m deeply concerned my members will have these same issues and leave because they feel ripped off. I sincerely hope the Sunroom team is doing everything they can do fix this issue as I’ve seen it reported by several others. It almost seems like a cruel joke that conceptually Sunroom is perfect, but technically— it just doesn’t work. 💔

great space!
its december 2024 and this is the second time ive been on this app, the first time i really enjoyed it but i wasnt consistent. now i really feel like im thriving, its a great place to house your sensuality, quirkiness, random stories and much more. its like a clubhouse lol
the downsides are that its a LITTLE glitchy, sometimes I have to close the app and come back to view a post ive made and its taken me at least a week to set up my payout information due to the app just loading endlessly.
i know sunroom was created by women for women and they are pretty small so my complaints are very light!

Crashes
This app crashed about a week ago. Ever since I can’t load any of the content I paid for. This app terrible and wouldn’t recommend. 1/10
Gender discrimination
This app is a clear cut case of gender discrimination. Looking forward to the class action. They don’t allow male creators, at all. They also bought all their fake social media followers which is a red flag as well.
Stoked on the new payout feature
I have been on this platform for about a year…. It has a great concept with great potential. I love how it is an app created by women - to empower beings to express our authentic self!
Before, the payout was once every week… and now you can get paid out as long as you have $50, which has been a massive help! I have made significantly more funds since this new change.
Some bugs that made my rating 4 stars:
When I make a text post on my phone app… it just shuts down and does not save my answers (which is such a bummer after I’ve shared my heart vulnerably and then it just erases)… also when I make a post for a sunbeam price, I wish there was a way to edit the amount…
But overall - this is a great platform and I am excited to continue sharing my authentic self on Sun room. Thank you for all you do to help us feel empowered and safe in this sacred space.

App doesn’t work
This App is awful. It doesn’t see content after payment and it has NO customer service support

I downloaded this app to support some creators and while I love the idea of the platform, it simply works terribly. I have received content from creators but can’t open it ever because it sits behind loading screens. My internet is just fine and thought, well, it’s probably me, so I should figure it out. Definitely isn’t as everything else works fine except this app.
It’s super frustrating to be supporting individuals and spend money only to sit at constant loading screens.

Won’t work
This app won’t work. Just keeps saying it encountered a problem try again. When I do it says the same thing.

App refuses to let me cancel a subscription and settings doesn’t show it. Sunroom has no contact information on their webpage. DONT USE APP
Loving it as a creator!
I signed up for Sunroom over a year ago but didn’t start using it until just a few months ago. I absolutely love it! Sunroom feels so intimate and genuine compared to other membership sites. The colors and layout are fresh and appealing. Navigating is a breeze. I haven’t had a single issue uploading content or using the app. I do prefer the website on my PC though, it’s just stunning! There was a short learning curve but I’ve gained more members than I expected. I love having a place to be my unfiltered self (also I don’t post any nudity and I’m still doing well). I’m very happy to be here during these first stages; Sunroom is going to get big! 🌞
