Poor app
The score banner at the top of the phone is never correct, usually says 0-0. I’ll turn off notifications for the Suns but it’ll send me notifications anyway and it’ll have the banner at the top of my phone even though I specifically say I don’t want them for the Suns. My wife and I always end up deleting this app because it doesn’t work and isn’t accurate. Watching WNBA live is impossible if it’s not on cable, even if you pay for it. They make it almost impossible to follow along. Interesting how it’s too easy to watch the NBA but it’s like moving a damn mountain to watch the WNBA.

I brought my tickets on Ticketmaster. Why would I need to download different app to see them? Pointless and unnecessary

Every time I try to use it, there’s no sound and it plays in fast forward. I’ve had to delete the app and reinstall it every time. Also, why should I have to pay $15 a month to watch my home team play home games??

Kind of a pain
I’m a season-ticket holder. This season I have frequently had to delete and reload app in order to access tickets, which is a big pain when you are in line or trying to get into the parking structure. Not sure if it is a problem with this app or the Ticketmaster interface. Selling or transferring tickets is easy.

As a season ticket holder and 6th Man Member, I’ve found the recent updates to the Suns app to be incredibly frustrating. This app has become one of the worst I’ve used. Here are some of the main issues I’ve encountered:
Ticket Access Issues: I can never see my tickets, even when it's time to scan at the door. This is incredibly inconvenient and stressful.
Mandatory NBA.com Login: I’m forced to log in to NBA.com to access my tickets, which defeats the purpose of having a dedicated Suns app.
Posting Tickets: While I can post tickets for sale, I can't make any changes without going back to NBA.com. This is an unnecessary and frustrating extra step.
Outdated and Buggy: The app frequently says it’s out of date, even after the latest update. It’s unreliable and often doesn’t work when needed most.
Wallet Transfer Issues: The tickets won’t transfer to my wallet, leaving me outside for 10 minutes trying to pull them up.
Overall, the experience has been terrible and very frustrating. I hope the developers address these issues soon to make the app functional and user-friendly again.

No game information, no team news other than promotional offers. Needs a complete overhaul. Hasn’t been updated in a couple weeks….

Of all the teams in Phoenix, the Suns app is by far and away the best. Cool announcements, fun in-game activities.

As an Arizona native and lifelong Suns fan, this is the only app I need for anything Phoenix Suns and Mercury! Everything from Suns news, player trades and info, preseason, game schedule, behind the scenes videos, game highlights, promotions, game trivia and even access to game tickets and arena info!
