This is poor value
I must admit did not read the details of this app so partly my fault, I had thought it was a full revision type plan as was £5 and recommended on the Sunsail website, but no it is a very limited guide to only collision stuff. Really poor value for money!!!!
Sailing school should do better
The information is there, which is great. But every app has the information. It's an app from a sailing school, so I expected a better learning experience. Every light, sound, signal, or day sign has the picture and description together. So, no way to do flashcard type learning. There are tests, but the app connects to a website and all testing has to be done on line. As an app from a school and costing money, I expected flashcarsrds, separated pictures from descriptions, and in-app quizes. All that's here can be found on free apps. I don't recommend spending the money on this and wish I would not have.

We've taken this essential information, rules & regulations and made it into an app format that allows easy, quick reference, as well as adding unique specially designed explanatory graphics to make the rules really clear. Yes, the basic rules are available elsewhere (for free!) but not in app format that you can easily take with you when out on the water.

A really useful App that helps both learners and experienced sailors learn about navigation, lights, shapes and Collision Regs.
