An upgrade?
I don’t know if your company takes suggestions and implements them into your games.
One suggestion I have is for the game Sunshine Island.
My fiancé and I both play the game and we love it. However, my suggestion would be to add an option to give or sell items to people you are friends with to help out with the growth of their progress. Or at least and option to be able to sell items that others need across the platform in an open trade place built into the game. A community market to trade or sell. I believe this could help bring in more people to play Sunshine Island.

It use to be fun Would not recomend anymore bugs go unfixed and things go missing
Use to be fun but when 700 product go miss but thar leave you 21 and take the 700 ,not fun and nothing done,you work hard when your in touraments ,but you are getting sabotoged not fun .bugs not being taking care of as the y should be come on game fixers ,get to fixing

Sunshine is an awesome perfect game to play and I love how affordable it is to buy as easy as well as earn pink to earn the pink gems for those that don’t want to buy! But worth buying too! Can’t just lose in this game and I just LOVE the game mechanics and decorations! Its’ very well balanced game all and I’m addicted and cannot get enough

Great game, bad customer service
Been playing this game for about a month and really enjoy it. I’ve made a few purchases through the game which was fine . I had an unexpected charge show up on my Apple account so I contacted Apple to look into it. Apple refunded the money and I was then suspended from the game. I reached out like the app said and they said in order to get the game restored I have to send them 9.99 through PayPal because of payment reversal. It sucked but I was like whatever I sent it. They tell me they received it but a second payment was now required of 6.99 (now I’m feeling like something is going but I want to play this stupid game) so I stupidly send it. My suspension has not been lifted and Ive been dealing with this for now close to 2 weeks. I highly recommend not making any in app purchases and hopefully you don’t have to deal with customer service should something occur. I’ll keep this review updated if progress is made.

A few days after review was made my game has been unsuspended and working fine. I will not make in app purchases and hope I don’t have to deal with customer service again. I have altered my 1 star rating to 3 because the game itself is very fun .

Amazing Game
This game is Amazing and Blockbuster game.
it was okay for a while
I played the game study for nine months hit level 51 leader of my group I played the game nonstop I just deleted the game and got bored of it plus there’s nothing really new to do. You’re just collecting resources all day especially with the recent update. It was so dumb. I spent so many gems and you get very little in return. The game is a money grab they want you to spend so much money and the gyms don’t even do anything. I’m looking for a different game now.

Best Mobile Farming Game
Few games have genuinely piqued my interest in mobile but this game heavily reminds me of my favorite game on console. Coral Island, at least with the farming aspects.
And if you enjoy working alongside others then you will LOVE the guild aspect of the game.

I really like this game, it’s easy and just relaxing
Very buggy after latest update
I enjoyed this game until the last iPad update. Now it crashes after about 10 minutes of play. Tapping to harvest crops isn’t responsive. Ads freeze up. I’m on a 2-month old iPad and don’t have problems with any other app. It’s just been since this last upgrade.
Customer service is terrible when loyalty awards and offerwall gems are missing. You click on support to make a claim and they tell you what they need but there is no way to get the information to them. They have to email you a link. It’s been a week since I provided my email address and they have yet to respond. Clicking on the support link through the App Store is a similar waste of time. It takes me to a page where there is no obvious way to get support.
If I had it to do over, I wouldn’t play this game. I’ve invested a lot of time in it and some money. I enjoy the people in my guild, but the instability of the game and lack of customer support is wearing me out. The ads just get longer and longer and you have to multiple clicks to work through the ads.
