RTD Users Please Be [[ADVISED!!!]]
You’re better off honestly using a standard ride service like Uber or Lyft from a voucher, not only because it’s cheaper, but also because they’re more reliable. The only good thing this app has is support for handicapped patients, but overall the app offers more too if it’s bundled with payment issues and bugs in general. I would highly avoid it if pricing and reliability is your concern. Would highly not recommend at all for standard riders!!

i'm totally blind. I was just able to start using this app yesterday, but unfortunately, excited person had to help me set up my account because nothing would write in the edit fields with my screen reader. I realize this app is new, and there will be a lot of technical issues in the beginning. Please, keep this app accessible for Blind and visually impaired customers overtime. Thank you

pre-booking feature
pre-booked a ride a day before i needed to leave for the airport and the next day i didn’t even have a driver assigned at the time i was supposed to be leaving. i double checked the morning i was supposed to leave and the app told me everything should be good. i even got a conformation text that my ride was booked. i got screwed over and was late to the airport. don’t see the point of pre-booking rides if they don’t even have a driver assigned at the scheduled ride time.

Fix the pre book feature
This app is awful. The service of the actual “cabs” is great. But this app is straight garbage. Fix the features. How do you send it out this buggy????
