Slow Loading Times for Unit Defect Change Logs
The change logs for each unit defect take an extremely long time to load, which is frustrating. This significantly impacts the user experience and needs to be improved.

Can’t Generate Visitor Pass for iOs User
Why when i fill the form for visitor pass, million trials still can’t generate the visitor pass. So stress your apps not reliable at this moment. Please fix it as soon as possible for iOs user !
App completely rubbish after recent update
After recent update, app cannot load at all. And if it load, I cannot register visitor. And why the hell did you put ID number as mandatory field?
Crash when click MyTaman Pay
The newly updated app is unstable. When i press MyTaman Pay it brings to a page that keeps trying to load but never does. If you kill the app, relaunching the app will give you a white page. I had to delete and reinstall the app again to see the front page again. Please fix it!

Payment and Parcel tracking cannot be done
This app has a lot to be improved. Firstly the e-biling, the tracking is always inaccurate. Even if we have paid it still show pending payment. I would suggest to add attach slip function and update the payment invoice status automatically , for user to include the proof of payment since the payment via FPX is not available since 2020.
Secondly, please add parcel tracking feature so that any parcel received can be tracked here and notify the owner they receive a parcel, same like when we have a visitor coming.
So far this apps has not helped anything except for doing defects tracking.

Not compatible to iphone
Some function incomplete and iphone notification pop up problem
