Audio not working
Whenever I import an audio file to the sampler, the audio seems to be silent. Not only is the audio silent in the sampler, also in other synths. Now I can’t make any music. Screw this.

Crashing (Can’t even use the app as intended)
This app looks amazing however despite my device meeting the requirements and having tons of free space, I constantly crashes around three. Can’t even get 3 minutes in before getting booted out of the app. Because of that I can’t leave a honest review and have a good experience with the app. Hope this problem gets solved and or I get a refund.

Brilliant form-factor, customisability & modulation. A fantastic little tool!
As someone who has previously used Sunvox on desktop, I was incredibly presently surprised when trying the IOS version on both my Ipad Mini & Iphone SE. Unbelievably powerful for its size and form-factor, hats off to the creator!
(1 singular note - add AuV3 support!! Sunvox can be used as an AuV3 through things like Garageband or Cubase, but can’t actually import them into its own software. This can be extremely limiting, but also there’s a few work arounds, especially in the sample editor).

Bad UX
App is great. But it interrupts you and asks you to rate it in the app store. I paid money for this, and it's trying to not give me a good experience. Steal my attention. Bad design philosophy.

Und man lernt sehr viel. Besonders gut finde ich, das man Sounds von Grunde auf aufbauen und, vor allem, verstehen kann. Oft sind Synth-Apps vollgepfropt mit Presets, welche zwar gut klingen, jedoch versteht man kaum, wie sie aufgebaut sind.
IOS Korg Gadget, Loopy Pro to this Tracker
This is a highly configurable tracker groove box in a cross platform UI. As such, you may need to play around with the interface by shuffle things around to fit on one screen, once you do it can be super streamlined. In comparison to Drambo, you can create modules here as well, but here you see how the waveform changes as it passes through each module. Really cool.

I keep coming back to SunVox over the years and each time it’s a magical experience. It is legit uncomfortable to start using it at first (as someone who is not used to making music in this way), but it never fails to inspire me to see things differently. Some of the music I am most proud of making has been made in SunVox. To have it available for free on both desktop and App Store is it truly wicked privilege that you should take advantage of.
