Didn't work

The idea is brilliant but the map part doesn't work on my iPhone nor my Android phone and I can't find a way to use it on PC either. I can save places to the map or at least when I mark a phrase completed the app tells me it's saved to the map. When I click on show places I've been, there's nothing there. It says I have to enable GPS. I have location on for the app on both phones. There's a button on the bottom of the map page that says download png. I tried that and failed. I needed this for an assignment.
