The app glitches when trying to source or upload photos and doesn’t submit and you have to keep re-entering it. And the agents that are assigned to you for assistance when you subscribe/ sign up are very lackadaisical, does not respond in a timely manner, and give short response with questions still unanswered. Customer support isn’t 24/7. Needs app and customer assistance improvement.
