Says it works on my phone - does not!

Under compatibility , it says my phone is supported. Every time I try to load, it kicks me out and returns me to my home screen. I have already deleted and reinstalled it, shut down my phone and restarted. It did not fix the issue. DOES NOT WORK!!!!
