Really fun but fatally flawed
It crashes so often it's become unplayable. This game is a lot of fun, simple, and nostalgic. The big problem is every loss moves you backwards in the game. Every time it crashes, its counts as a loss. It crashes all the time. It's made advancing beyond a certain level almost impossible. They need to adjust negative points for a loss significantly until they get the crashing fixed.

Freezes a lot
I have an iPhone 16 pro and my memory is only half full I have no apps running when I play the game but it always freezes right as I’m about to play against someone and when I force close and reopen it shows I lost…it’s frustrating considering I spent $15 on it…idk what to do

Still needs work
I’ve been playing SHB for a long time and have played over 30,000 games. I still enjoy the game and appreciate how fun and addictive the gameplay is. The simple controls, unique players, and team-building mechanics have kept me coming back for years.
That said, I think the game deserves more attention from the developers. It has so much potential, but it hasn’t received meaningful updates in a long time.
Here are a few things I’d love to see:
● New stadiums and leagues to give veteran players fresh goals.
● New players with unique abilities and skills.
● Balance updates so more characters are competitive.
● Special events, tournaments, and seasonal rewards.
● More ways to customize teams and uniforms.
● Better matchmaking for experienced players.
● New achievements and long-term progression for players who have already completed most content.
● Improved communication from the development team about future plans.
Many longtime players are still loyal to SHB because it’s a great baseball game. We simply want to see it continue to grow instead of being left behind.

The developers are not updating this game anymore. It freezes have the time. There are no more events.

Customer service doesn’t get back to me. You play a game and it freezes in middle of the game then you get a loss of your record and there’s nothing you can do about it. All your stats go down when this happens. Very frustrating I’m playing with. The new Apple phone and it freezes all the time.
Gameplay freezing issues.
Constant freezing and screen shaking eliminating games without reimbursement of bolts(gameplay $’s).
Leagues
I can’t join or even create a league. If I try to join it just searches forever. If I try to create a league I will enter all information and then a box will pop up that says “oops” other than that I really enjoy it
Home Run
Simple but addictive arcade-style baseball game. I typically don’t play many games, but I’m hooked on this one, and I rarely if ever play games with IAPs, but here you really only need to spend money to refresh your energy so you can play more frequently. I suspect opponents are actually AI/CPU generated rather than real people, but that also takes away any pay-to-win aspect. Solid fun!

The game is really more pinball than baseball but unfortunately with the former it gets boring pretty quick. The percentage of humans rather than bots that play the game is best exemplified by there “ Connect To Facebook” ad that states “See Your Friends In This Leaderboard” so you’re not even able to play a game with your Facebook friends. But that’s OK with a lot of gamers who actually prefer CPU opponents. The game could be aided by online friend invites, WiFi local games, 3, 5, or 7 game series against your pick of CPU opponents of varying strengths, or the Pennant Race mode as a local one vs one contest. Even the money hungry entrepreneurs that run Tap Baseball have friend invites capabilities.

My original review was several years ago. I noticed a new team is taking over and although I’m curious what direction they’re going for it would have to be drastic for me to be interested.

I paid for $200+ worth of things in the game a couple years ago now I go back to play again and after getting through lots of glitches I can’t even access my old account because Facebook says the creators of the game don’t support logging in anymore so I hope someone will contact me so we can resolve this I just want my old account

Fun but has issues
Love the game, played it before with no issues whatsoever but for some reason, the game is trouble loading, it won’t show any clubs and it just lags out and shuts down. Would love for it to get fixed! If it does, I’ll change to a 5 star
