Uh oh
On the wall kicking underground course it is impossible to get the second pink coin. Oh and while you are at it please make it so that you don’t have to pay to get all of the levels.
Every time I play two levels on remix 10, it doesn’t even give me 100 coins
Because on the third one on area 13, it was a special remix challenge and I want to get all the special coins or tokens. Do you think it’s super easy to get 100 coins on two simple levels😡
Model mobile game design
Tldr; A modern classic. Nintendo, please keep it available and supported!
I’ve actually never tried Pokemon Go, but speaking from years (since launch) of playing this game and Mario Kart Tour, I really appreciate the overall design of the Mario apps. Even the in-app purchases seem well thought out in terms of value and they don’t break the game for players who don’t want to buy anything. (This one mght require a one-time $10 purchase to unlock the full game still...very fair, in my oninion.)
These days I almost exclusively play Toad Rally (mainly the airship levels) and Remix. The randomness of the Remix level selection and the always-well-balanced competitiveness of the opponent runs in Rally keep it challenging and fun. The question blocks, etc in my kingdom generate rally tickets (you used to have the option to buy those if you ran out, I think — not sure if that’s still the case).
Anyway, great game for DMV-type situations, etc. where you want to zone in on some casual speedrunning for 3 minutes up to an hour or more. Very nice complement to the console platformers.
