Stopped working
I loved this game, played for hours everyday. Once I hit level 450 it stopped working. I try to click continue but nothing happens. How can I fix this so I can keep playing?

What happened
Have had a great time playing and the after 700 levels it stops. What’s up with that
Crashing and freezing every game.
It was good. Then started the freezing rigs at the middle of the game, and not responding. You need to quit playing and it counts as you looses. That again and again. No contact support to talk to. Fix it and I’ll rate it 5 stars.

I don’t know if the game is having technical issues but mine locked up at 590 level and now wont let me pick items, sey la vee’

I loved playing this game. When I got to level 590 everything froze and would not work. It had lock buttons on the bottom but they would work if you touched them but clock was froze and nothing else would work. Restarted several times still did not work. I even deleted the app and thought I will just start over. Reinstalled the app and it opens and then just shuts down immediately and will not let you play

I have played this for a very long time and then it froze up. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, and now it won’t open. 😢
Lvl 590 game stopped working
I was really enjoying playing this game until I reached level 590 and the game literally froze and wouldn’t remove the items when I touched them. The clock won’t start and all of my tools are locked and says lvl 99 on the lock. However once I press the locked tool it still uses the tool but the items are still on the screen. I tried updating the app & restarting several times but it’s still malfunctioning.

Stopped working
I really enjoyed the game until it went glitchy on me. It charged me for purchased and never credited me. Then it stopped playing completely.

Repeats, no sound
I love Match Factory so of course I love SUPER Match Factory! The levels are a bit less difficult so I can relax more. But I’m at level 400+ and I swear they are just repeating now. I know I’ve done the “boat” level at least 3 times now. And now my sound won’t work. (And yes the sound button is on and so is my iPad sound.) And there’s no customer service to broach these issues. Fun yes, but it needs some fixes…
