Pointless app

First off, they don’t make it clear that your points will expire within a month, making them literally pointless. It also suggests when you pay it will use any funds you have to pay with and doesn’t.
Have used this app to pay for my last 5 months prescriptions and literally not received a penny benefit

No benefit to me

From the checkout page, it appeared the cashback reward would be instant on the current purchase. However after purchase and downloading the app, it transpires the reward is applicable on the next purchase within the next month. The reward expires after a month which is useless to me as I do not intend to make another order with the same retailer before the reward expires (value of £1 on a £50 purchase!)

Due to the misleading information, I didn’t use my usual cashback credit card (repaid in full every month) and have 1. missed out on genuine cashback from my credit card purchase and 2. Interest earned from the money used from my bank account

Will be deleting this app as it is of no benefit to me, now or in the future

Do not use this app it’s a scam

I used this app for a while and it was fine, but at some point I bought some products , they never showed up and the seller wouldn’t respond or refund me. I complained to super and they did not help at all. They just told me to contact my bank. Super payments make you do all the payments by bank transfer , not card payment. Which means you have absolutely no recourse if you get scammed. I’ve contacted my bank, trading standards, and the citizens advice bureau, and nobody can get my money back. It’s not worth the risk of using this app for the small discounts you get (usually about 1%)

Easy money off

Really easy process to get started using the app and your normal payment method/ card.
Got money off my order instantly as well as earning money off my next order on the same website.
It’s literally money for nothing.

Cash Reward - Away holidays

I have received a cash reward using the super payments app for my holiday. It was quick and easy and saved me £25 for just using the app to make my payment.

I’m delighted I found this new payment app, it offers cash back rewards on all purchases! I’ve only used it once and I just saved almost £30 on something I purchase regularly costing £85. It would be great if more retailers offered this payment method.

Neutralises inflation

Love this app and I’m using it as much as possible after finding it a week ago. Small savings repeated over and over will make a big difference to me over time. Let’s get more companies on board 🫡

Is ok

Like brill app in terms that it works really well just need to add the ability to change mobile number as getting disconnected soon as changed provider as won’t be able to use it which is pointless really

Still receiving error message

Promised cash back and bonus but for the past month have been unable to get into account created. Was told by Antonio that they are unable to open my account right now which is a shame as would like to make use of cash back gained from various orders. Especially with Christmas round the corner. Hopefully the app gets better soon.

No Rewards

I have used super at least 9 times and each time I get told will receive a reward to use on my next purchase by simply logging into the app with the same email. Transactions I made were directly through the app but I am yet to receive a single reward even though the transactions appear.

Was promised cash back and welcome bonus when purchasing but when trying to register the app it kept giving an error. Antonio from customer service fixed everything so all OK now. Thank you.

Super easy to use
