Lost all my progress after not playing for a week and don’t know why

Been playing on and off for like 2-3 years genuinely such a great game to just log in and check and play a little
Very fun but not any more
I like playing this game to kill time, yesterday I went to play it and I had to download an update. After downloading, the game was stuck on the loading screen animation even though it was done downloading and loading. I saw the same problem from other people.

Honestly holds my attention
I’ve played this game every single day for almost a year now. It’s held my attention and interest longer than any other mobile game I’ve ever come across! I honestly love it.

Why type this?
Right in the beginning it tells you “progress in the game by pay—I mean playing” which is just a total slap in the face after the game quite literally says on the title screen: “free to play, play to win”. That second line that tells you the you have to pay in order to progress? Makes me not want to give them any money at all. Definitely scam game vibes.

Best Game
Easily the best app game I’ve played. The game expands as you grow, keeps you engaged with fun pop culture and history references, and has a great community behind it. Highly recommend

The word “depth” meant nothing to me prior to this game. After like fifty hours you’re sure a handful of geniuses chose to build a game instead of solving a major world issue.

After the recent update my game won’t start or load

I love this game, however when I tried to enter today it seems I’m on a loading screen glitch the bar fully loads but it stays on the same screen instead of letting me in the game?
Fun, however
I play the game all the time, however the most recent update broke the long in for me. It loads indefinitely and never reaches the start screen. I haven’t been able to play it since the client update
