I have the required iPad for this app. I downloaded the app and when I open the app, it says my iPad is not compatible. Don’t waste your money on this product.

Don’t buy if you have a phone I tried but it says that it for tablet only cause I found it in my closet, but as soon as I tried it out, it said only for tablets so disappointed 😡
So sad you cannot use this app with iPads in 2024
I am so sad that this app doesn’t work with iPads in 2024 I was trying to use this because they gave me as a birthday present. I never got to use it because I never had an iPad. I got an iPad in 2024 and this doesn’t work at all so they should fix that problem, I am so upset about that😤

I bought my little sister the pad and pen of Amazon and she downloaded the game it didn’t seem great at first but she ended up playing for hours

Waste of money
My four year old loved this game.. the one time she could play it. Since the updates this, along with every other osmo app, will not launch. I’m assuming it is because she is using an older iPad. Please update to make these compatible- she is very upset and I am annoyed I spent the money on these!

Doesn’t work on iPad or iPhone
Fails when I launch on an older iPad. On my iPhone 12 it gets stuck on a screen saying I need mirror and stand, which I have. Please don’t sell a product if you are not going to test it.
Super studio is not working for me
It’s too bad that Osmo Super Studio Disney Princess no longer works with the new version on my iPad. I was not able to download an older version of the software either.
I thought my girls would be able to enjoy this kit for many years but sadly that is not the case.

App malfunction
This app is not opening whatsoever. I’ve checked for updates, it said that this app is compatible with this device (iPad mini), I’ve restarted the device as well as re-installed the app. Nothing has worked so far

Update made unusable for older iPad
Disney’s Super studio has been my autistic daughter’s favorite game for a couple of years now. Since the update, Frozen, Princesses, and Mickey Mouse are now no longer usable. I have paid for the hardware needed, which is now useless. Developer should provide access to the older version to support those of us who have already purchased their products!

Fix for loading screen found
To all those who are stuck on the loading screen, I figured out a fix:
Uninstall all osmo apps and then install ONLY the this Princess app. Worked for me!
