How Jett came out of nowhere

I saw this and then Jett came out of nowhere he was running like Roblox and then a guy pop up with a gun then I closed it out and open it again and it did not work😞 I’m not happy but I deleted it and now it tells me my I with to sign in again do not get this game

No way to change language

Installed and was in what I guess was Chinese. Tried going to settings and nothing to click on to change anything. No other buttons worked to get past opening page.
