Don’t buy a super 73!!!
Spent 4,400$ on the new Brooklyn Model, can’t even go over 20mph.
They downgrade the bike and don’t need decrease the price, it’s a scam. And they blocked all the bypass apps. This bike is not worth the 4,400$ price at all. Better options this brand is bad

Restricting Class 4 Mode.
They are restricting all class for modes for newer bikes in the US and are heading to multiple places, if trying to get class 4 mode and, have to pay nine bucks just to buy a new app to unlock it.
Why?
The app worked fine at first but after 2months it randomly stopped working and I couldn’t sign in anymore

So I have three supers now and i just got a 2025 s2 and it’s locked to 20mph the bikee app hasn’t updated yet and chat gpt said it would work so now im annoyed with the amount of restrictions they set on the bikes and it feels like ur being watched by a second set of parents
Can’t go past 20 mph
I bought this bike and I really was hoping i would be able to make it go around 30 mph like I heard people say but no, you guys made it so it only goes 20 mph, and then the motor cuts off. Pls fix this. Spending 3k or more on an e-bike for it to not go past 20 mph is terrible.

I didn’t let me switch to any different modes like modes 2 or 3, I have been stuck going 20 mph at max, someone help.

this app is horrible and so are the bikes the app never connects to the bike making the bike useless ain’t no one wanna use mode 2 super failed there customers
Why am I subject to the laws of another state?
I recently updated my bike and it limits my speed.

Cannot fault Super 73 at all in everything they do 5 stars, at the start of every ride select mode you would like and your away, giving that other people may ride it, they select mode they prefer and they are on their way.

Downgrading is crazy. We pay all this money for what? Dont limit our speed just because you like it!! Return it to the way it was please.
App crashing
App keeps crashing so now my bike is too slow for my commute. Whichever lawyer invented the app for speed selection policy is messing up a great product
Disappointing
Just recently bought a super73 s2 one of the parts was missing. They aren’t answering the phone and aren’t answering emails. Spend around 3000 dollars on a bike for my son’s birthday and it’s not even gonna be finished. Truly disappointing and I check on the spp and they say the bike maxs out at 20 mph, could’ve got him a 600$ e-scooter that goes faster. Truly sad. Terrible service, terrible product. Do better super73
