Super Delayed Point Credits
Your customer service rep told me that reward points from transactions will be credited in the reward card after 1-2 weeks span, which is very late I suppose. Other stores who offer reward card have a real time system rewarding of points. So I hope, you'll do the same. Thank you.
Problem when checking out
It used to be easy using this app for grocery shopping but tonight I encountered a problem when paying via GCash. It keeps saying insufficient balance but my GCash balance has enough to pay for my purchases.
Can’t cancel an order
There should be an option to cancel an order or at least choose another payment option if the previous one won’t work.
