This is about as close as you can get to customized WITHOUT a phone root.

Actually DOES allow you to customize your status and dock bars, home & lock screens, different patterns, colors... Options to use their backgrounds- which are OK, but, not very many.. so? EVEN BETTER-> you can easily choose *any* image in photos (assuming you've given the app permissions to access photos..! So make sure to allow access). I'm super picky about apps, hate ones seem deceptive... This one? Does what it says. I frakin live it, my screen rocks n THANKS for cool app, Super bars!!

Does the job of adding color dock and bar effectively
Kinda fun, could be even better
It's somewhat creative, but could use a couple improvements. It needs a "back" or "undo" button. If u goof up, you have to finish taking it to the end, then start completely over. Kinda frustrating. Also needs more backgrounds.
