Nice calendar app - but the colours…

I really like the app. Of cause I bought it. But… I like to have a colour wheel to choose my own colours for week, day, today, entry etc. And the separators in weekly view could be more visible.

Exact same as Apple calendar

There’s no reason to use this

Best display of events

Easy to use interface for the Google and Apple calendar databases. Has the best display of events for the iPhone. Shows today’s date as a badge on the icon if you activate the slider for “Date on app icon Badge” in settings. Low one-time purchase, with no subscription!

Doesn’t transfer from old phone to iPhone 15

I like this calendar and have used it for years, BUT BE AWARE: take screen shots of your calendar months if you are currently using it and plan to update your phone. You must buy the new ap for the new phone, and after doing that not everything transferred to my new calendar. I contacted help several times and finally gave up and am trying to rebuild as much as I can remember.

Response from developer

Whether updating to a new Phone or new iOS, all your calendar events are stored in the iOS calendar database. Supercal syncs with this iOS Calendar database, so all your calendar events will be visible on installing the app. There is no need to rebuild. Could it be you did not log into one of your calendar accounts? For support please use the email address in the app or on our support page.

Sehr gelungene App!

Disappointed in V3

Have used this calendar for years snd loved it but with this V3 the alerts are very limited and I can’t get the alert time I need plus I can only get 2 alerts when I used to be able to get 4. This needs to be fixed or I may be looking for a new app.

Response from developer

The edit and event detail screen of Supercal 3 are not the same as in V2. They are like the iOS calendar. If you rely on multiple alerts, Calalarm V3 may suit you better. See our website to compare Calalarm V3 and Supercal V3. https://devart.nl/calalarm/support.html

Display on iPhone

I already contacted the developer.

Excellent App

I’m quite happy with the app. Just have a question. Is there a way that I can make changes myself as to the alerts?

Response from developer

In the details of the event you can tap the alert to change it. You can also do so via the edit screen. You can customize the alerts for new events in the Supercal settings as following: New Event Defaults > Alerts > Custom

Display on iPhone

The events and the locations are cut off from the list view when displaying on an iPhone. Can the events be made circular, and have the calendar colors covering the entire event rather than just a solid line to the left?

Response from developer

Can you please send us a screenshot of the "cut off" so that we understand your issue.

Review

Good app, lacking a few options that would be nice, like 8 day week view and different week start days (Sunday, Monday) for different views. Does the job regardless.

Supercal v3

I always thought Supercal was the greatest and promoted it in our organization of +400 employees v3. But with the Supercal v3 upgrade, it deleted multiple years of data from Supercal v2 by deleting my group calendars. Plus Supercal v3 does not allow duplicatin like SuperCal v2.

Response from developer

Hi, Supercal does not delete data, unless you delete an event yourself. Supercal is built on top of the iOS calendar database and shows all its stored events, including event details such as alerts and notes. Please check if your calendars are enabled, button bottom-left. Duplicate: touch and hold the event.
