Rubbish, and no help for issues.

I downloaded the app, and purchased the subscription because I live in the USA (and this is what Supercars recommends for watching the Supercar Series if you live outside of Australia or NZ). Yet, each time I try to sign in, it tells me that the email address or password is incorrect. I checked my profile, and my email address is correct. I submit for a password change, and the message comes back, “Sorry, this email does not seem to exist in the system”, yet it’s right there in my profile information.

Lastly, there is no “help” anywhere. You can’t contact anyone, go onto forums, read FAQ, nothing. You pay, and get nothing.
