App charges full year for 3 day trial and doesn’t even work

This app is horrible. It didn’t let me delete it on my phone and it’s not the best you could find do not recommend it’s stuck on my phone and would not let me delete it and I ended up having to restart my phone completely to get it off

I was trying the app out and I searched up a character name all it gave me was “cant find your character? Suggest a character” which had me disappointed
Once a fan, You sold out!
I downloaded the app when it first came out. Been through a lot the last two years. Phone was cluttered so I went through all my apps. This being one of them. When the app came out you could talk to so many fictional characters. For free mind you. The app wasn’t perfect as you had a limit of messages. But I enjoyed it just the same. But now, this company wants you to pay 1.35 a week for a subscription service that other apps offer for free. Character AI had much more characters than your app had. For free mind you. I’d also like to point out in 2025 AI has came a long way and I can literally recreate your app with Gemini or Grok. So here’s my last middle finger before I delete your app and you fade from relevancy. You sold out.

Cannot get back in
I love this app a lot, but ever since around late January, I was unable to get into the app. I even got the subscription, but due to the app not working I canceled it. Was a really fun app. Why is it not working now? Can it be fixed please?
