에러 반복, 로딩 너무 느림
저는 영어로 사용하고 있습니다. 다운받자마자 월정액 요금 결제하고 시작했는데 첫번째 단어장 클리어 하고 다음 단계로 안 넘어감. “결과가 저장이 안 됐다”는 에러 메시지와 함께 “재제출” 버튼이 떠서 버튼을 아무리 다시 눌러도 재제출중 하다가 말고, 첫번째 단어장을 다시 처음부터 다 하고 점수도 나왔는데 여전히 에러. 다른 걸 해보려 해도 순서대로 이전 거를 먼저 끝내고 오라고 하고 롤플레이는 미친 로딩 시간 때문에 전혀 진행할 수 없음. 환불 문의할 창구도 없음. 환불해주시죠? 너무 불쾌하고 이제 막 중국어에 열정이 생긴 사람한테 찬물을 끼얹네요... 1점도 주기 싫어요.

Excellent app, but Chao periodically disappears
This is an excellent app, and its Chao add-on is also very good — when it works. It periodically disappears from SuperChinese for days, then reappears for no apparent reason. If Chao was always available, I’d give the app five stars. But I paid extra for Chao and half the time I don’t have access to it.
