Unable to open on iPad. I have paid the subscription for the first time, wish I could use SuperCoach on iPad. Help Fix the Issue?

Lost
Been a SuperCoach player for years now. Gold member. 9 rounds in and go to check my team and it’s telling me to create a team. Team gone. Not about it.

Decided to use the optimise tool with SuperCoach plus and it decided to not emergency my ruck mcandrew as I did the captain loop with Kalani white genuinely what a joke I feel like I have wasted 30 bucks - can I get my 85 points back
Still buggy
There are a lot of quirks with the app. For example, It doesn’t let me scroll down in my leagues to see the bottom of the table. But if I go back out of the match day menu and back in it will let me.

Can’t see who is playing and who isn’t.
I’m sure I used to have dots that tell you who is playing and who isn’t. Now it’s only showing me who is on a bye. Very frustrating indeed.
Worst fantasy app I’ve ever seen
It’s so bad it’s like a chore using it. Terrible user experience in every way.

I’m a long time supercoach fan but every year when I log back into the app for round 1 I’m reminded of how bad the app is. Constantly crashing and running slow. Difficult to do what you want to do. Bad UX and UI. The list goes on. An example is, I just opened the app to make a change to my team and it allowed me to trade my player out and then crashed and won’t let me in to replace them. Now I’ve had to go onto my PC to fix my team before the footy starts for the night.
It’s barely changed or had any significant updates YoY either. The thing I find hilarious is that there are prime examples of how a fantasy sports app should run with NBA and NFL etc. Surely it wouldn’t be too difficult to copy some of those options.
Some investment into fixing this app for the 2027 season would be greatly appreciated by the fans.

Constant Crashes, Login in only to be put back on the log in screen, always bugs. Atrociously bad app wouldn’t recommend. Play AFL Fantasy Instead.

Awful iPad App
Despite the extra room, the user experience on the iPad app is far worse than the iPhone. The game day view doesn’t even show both teams at once with such a tiny right hand panel.
