Great app for a great store. Always use the app they always have great deals on and regularly get free gifts.
Design needs updating
App functionality is great but the design needs updating, feels very dated compared to competitors. Please put some funding into modernising it.

They updated app yet again ,now only users with brand new phones can use it .before it users use older version at same time .

Superdrug’s latest update has made the app much easier to use. It is easy to search for products. The app is pretty fast. They have specific offers for the user but also a section that shows the best offers they have for everyone.

Superdrug is very good. I used it for a lot of my make up for content creation because they’ve got very good quality. Only thing is they should restock the testers and not have testers for any lip things except for lip bands or anything with sense because if you want to smell it, then that can be useful.

I started using the app a couple months ago and it was pretty good until the app said I needed an update to be able to use the app but I’m not able to update it anymore, I don’t know if this can be fixed but I’d rather just use the version I usually use then buy a whole new phone to update this.

I use online shopping to buy Perfume JOOP that’s my favourite and I’ve been using it since 1998 and I will never change it ( I will stay loyal to JOOP )
I just bought on 14th of June this Month 8 bottles of JOOP for the price of £27.32p per bottle and I haven’t received yet but it will come tomorrow at anytime (17th of June )
Every morning after shower I spray perfume on the neck on both sides of the neck behind the ear and it last all day and I get compliments from people they ask me what king of perfume do you use and I say JOOP and they say it smell so good 😊 when I enter the coffee shop or any other place the whole place smells my perfume 😍 I feel so happy 😊
Now I’m a VIP on my Superdrug 😍🥰

Total waste of time -use the card they give you don’t bother even trying to register for the Superdrug digital offering
