Superdrug Pharmacy Review
The Superdrug Pharmacy app was very easy to use and all of the medications that I needed and used were in stock at this pharmacy which was a great sign. The speed at which I had received approval from my GP for ordering my medications was also quite fast as well. Overall I would recommend this app and pharmacy to all of my family and friends. A true lifesaver and a pleasure to navigate and step into.

Tried placing a order for diabetic medication and they immediately flagged it tried calling them and no response ppor customer service don’t trust this pharmacy they are a let down
Needs sorting
A drug pushing app. Everyday a notification comes up for nothing. The app constantly shows I’m part way ordering repeat prescriptions I don’t need to reorder. All I want is an app that tells me when I do order a repeat prescriptions it’s ready to pick up.
Total waste of time
Downloaded app and registered and placed order. The received e mail saying I needed to contact pharmacy to approve my nomination. Unfortunately the “contact pharmacy” link in email went nowhere. Google searched to get local pharmacy contact details. I call and get automated message”for shop press 1 for pharmacy press 2.” I press 2 and get “number not recognised”. I redial and press 1 and speak to lady in shop who says I need to speak to pharmacy and call cannot be transferred. I explain the option 2 result to be told they are aware of this and automated message should say 3 not 2!. I redial and press 3 and speak to pharmacy who confirm my order is being processed and she does not know why I was advised to contact them regarding a nomination. Easier to fill up repeat prescription for and hand in to surgery!

Good for ordering but do your own stock levels
App works well for ordering more pills, but it tries too hard to tell you how much you have left (before reordering), and gets it wrong! You have to watch stock levels yourself and set them yourself (repeatedly).
Good Customer Service
The Pharmacists especially the Lady Assistant she is fantastic, she serves with pleasure and good attitude and Empathy.
Reliable and friendly
I use the pharmacy app every month to reorder medication. It’s easy to use and very reliable, telling me when to pick up the medication. Superdrug pharmacy are always very friendly and efficient.
Notifications
Why does it not send you an alert when your prescription comes ready? And before you say it, I’ve gone into settings and notifications, but the app does not show to change the settings

We started using Superdrug after a rude and unhelpful local pharmacy really frustrated us. We have never had problems and in well over a decade have always been treated with kindness, efficiency and friendliness. Mo the manager is brilliant!
Unable to update my prescription in the app
My GP changed my prescription a year ago but the app won’t let me delete my previous scheduled order. I can order my current medication by selecting the drugs individually but can’t use the recurring order because it’s obsolete yet cannot be changed.
Appalling Service!
Fulfilment has been getting slower and slower over the past few prescriptions. Now been waiting a fortnight for this one.

Fast, efficient service
I am very impressed with the prescription service. Online service is fast, efficient and easy to navigate. The staff at the store are pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent service from pharmacy staff at Sheerness
Wonderful service and wonderful team. Even when there are Locum pharmacists everybody is helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend Sheerness Superdrug pharmacy to absolutely anybody… And my family do!
New app is rubbish and dispatch time extremely slow
Ordered regular repeat medication over a week ago. Not yet dispatched despite GP approval days ago. No updates and no response to messages asking for updates. Old Superdrug online pharmacy website was much better. App also mixes my name with my elderly mother’s name, as profiles are linked on NHS app. App needs improvements. I have decided to delete app, not fit for purpose.
