Love the app
An app that is both enjoyable and useful, a pretty rare combo.
Only app I have ever found that shows app that are being built, and even those in the planning stages.
While I seldom travel further than a day’s drive away from home, I have never found a mistake.

Developer is super responsive!
In my original review I complained about the app being clunky and dated but I’ve increased my rating because I found the developer is super responsive. There is no support page or email address but if you go digging online you can find it. I notified them of some issues and within 48 hours they were fixed. That’s outstanding commitment for a free app! I even offered to donate but was told donations are not accepted. All the other apps these days require subscriptions (which I refuse) so I am so glad that this app is free and provides most of the same features!

Not helpful
This is poorly refined and doesn’t seem to include all (many) chargers here in North Myrtle Beach. I went to a Tesla charger and thankfully it was not on this list. There were 10 Teslas waiting to charge and only 8 chargers. Where are others near here… includes a PG&E info kit which is not helpful. The best feature of this ap is that it is free.

Great overdue update
I’m a power user of this app, and I welcome the latest update. Only things that are missing are a cool icon (the current one clashes a bit with the new iOS 26 style) and the notifications. Keep up the great work.

Very good info about Superchargers
Love this app, but I have a suggestion for improvement. There are coming more and more EVs with trailers. Tesla now shows on the vehicle map whether a supercharger is suitable for Teslas with a trailer. It would be very nice to be able to access this information in your app.

I love this supercharger app
I’ve been using this app since I bought my first Tesla in 2016. It’s always been reliable and accurate and has helped me on long cross country trips. My one suggestion would be, now that there are 325 kW chargers out there they need to add a new color to designate that higher level of charger.

It’s a near perfect app. It would be nice if you could filter out the units outside of your selected filtered countries.

Missing superchargers
Mising supercharger in Santiago de Compostela, Spain
Simple and great
I tried to find a way to reach out and report a “bug”, but the is no option to get in contact via the app.
The Supercharger in Ljubljana, Slovenia is missing completely!
For navigating in that area it is particularly bad because in your app there is a huge blind spot without a single Tesla charger.
This is the first time I lost trust in the accuracy of the data provided.

App needs overhaul
The data in this app is very useful but the UI is clunky and dated. Basic features like being able to type in an address of where you’re going so you can locate chargers nearby is absent. There is no email address or contact info for support so hopefully this review gets seen.
Bad addresses, no support
The address for Cathedral City Supercharger on Date Palm Drive is a Sonic burger stand. No chargers.
The address for the Ventura Supercharger on Ann St. is an empty lot. Go look on Google street view!

Could be very good.
Unfortunately the app is very difficult to use as the text in all sections is misaligned so you are trying to read everything in double or even triple in some cases. I have deleted & reinstalled but the problem persists.
