If anyone is scrolling and wondering if this app is worth it you can stop here cus I’m telling you this app is so entertaining and enjoyable to be on, I hope this app finds me in every life time cus you really do make such good connections and start beef like hello? It doesn’t get any better. If I have to be fully transparent the app glitches sometimes which I have to restart to app but no biggie. Great app but…
We need more security and like live moderation beside the bot keep him he okay but reporting and all that we do doesn’t make a difference because they still come back one time I found about an error I test people that get banned will return and deleted the account and using the same email or number is like it doesn’t recognize it so it thinks it’s a new email and number so that a bug I founded and other concerns is other posting phone numbers and there been fake accounts and bot accounts coming in more recently so please step up and take actions

so glitchy and crashes and bugs etc
when ever i try to report someone it gets glitchy and sometimes bugs out without me hitting anything or at least i don’t think i’m hitting the arrow key unless i am but anyways when i type mid sentence it glitches and i have to refresh the page and when it sometimes doesn’t report it gets stuck and it doesn’t recognize i’m hitting the button and crashes the entire app even then it still doesn’t work and hitting and then it eventually works but you have to edit the text and it’s annoying another bug is when someone’s profile when you’re in a group is glitchy because then it thinks you have clicked it to many times and it’s hard to see there profile and the messages are slow to appear this app needs a new layout and fix these bugs and glitches clearly they missed these bugs and didn’t fix them or they wouldn’t be happening and i would like to say there’s other bugs and glitches i didn’t mention here but yeah they need fixing

I keep getting suspended on my account for absolutely no reason I ask 1 question and I get suspended for 24 hours and it’s stupid because I’m not saying anything bad for example I said “free likes because why not” and I get suspended for 24 hours it makes no sense I’ve been on the app for a long time and I’ve asked that question a lot before but not it’s getting me suspended for it idk if it’s a bug or not but my user is furai if that helps or not I just don’t understand it

I like this app but I keep getting banned even when I don’t violate guidelines.
I keep getting banned and I believe it’s because people are reporting for no actual reason. This has happened over some days but there should be an actual checking of reports to see if they are valid.
I can’t get into my Superfy Account.
I had my Superfy account last year I stopped going on the app and now when I try to sign in I am no longer allowed to access my Apple account, because the app won’t let me.

a few yrs ago it was actually alr but now its horrid. js filled with a bunch of racists and islamophobic people and people using it as a dating app like what?? not all people are that bad but most are it was way better in 2020-2022

I think it's a great app, it helps me connect with a lot of other people! But I do think the age should be lowered, to at least 13. I think all teenagers should be allowed to have fun and meet new people!

I don’t believe im the only one who gets multiple warnings for no actual reason its extremely unfair its rare that i get a fair warning at all most of the warnings are from your auto generated bot that seems to be extremely faulty and causing people to lose their accounts. When I give any feedback I am usually just shrugged off it seems you guys are very ban happy but I don’t see how that would benefit you at all?

I deleted my old account and wanted to make a new account however the app doesn’t give me an option to sign up to create a new account

Okay but why did they block my account? I did like a few things wrong sure but they all involved using curse words so many other ppl were already using and not being banned for:..then your app wouldn’t even let me delete the account and start over…?!? I even emailed you with no response and that was 4 months ago…?! Then I tried using my Apple account but i forgot thati had already used it for an old account and it had be banned as well..now what am I supposed to do? You wouldn’t even answer also as for the ppl on this app?!? Even more bugs
New update has made app significantly more buggy even after the “crucial bug fix” only a few hours after it first dropped. Please fix this immediately or undo the update until it is ready I can barely use the app. When someone sends a message in a gc while I’m typing it literally deletes my whole message the bugs are just stacking on top of each other, fix the bugs before adding new features or everyone will just stop using the app. Thanks I love this app but if it doesn’t work I can’t use it.
